How We Work

We begin by reviewing the chartering requirement, including the product, quantity, loading and discharge ports, laycan, charter period and preferred vessel specifications. We also consider operational matters such as cargo-tank coating, heating capability, pumping performance, terminal restrictions, vessel position and trading approvals.

For vessel owners and operators, we review the vessel’s particulars, open position, availability, preferred employment and commercial expectations. We then approach suitable market contacts, circulate relevant opportunities and coordinate the exchange of indications and firm offers.

Where discussions progress, we assist with communication, negotiations and the information required to move toward an agreed fixture. All vessel nominations, inspections, approvals and final charter terms remain subject to agreement between the contracting parties.
